When you use the contact form or write to us by email, we process the data you provide: first and last name, email address, company name and the content of your message.

3. Why we process it
We use your data only to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to prepare an offer or carry out a business relationship. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries).

4. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request, and no longer than 2 years after our last communication, unless a contract is concluded or the law requires longer retention.

5. Who has access to it
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. Our service providers process data on our behalf: Wix.com Ltd. (website hosting and contact form) and Google (email). Where data is transferred outside the EU, it is protected by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by standard contractual clauses.
